Reno Paint & Body has been a fixture in Paris, Texas since 1990, a locally owned shop built on doing right by the people of Lamar County and Northeast Texas. Over 35 years, we've grown into a 21,000 square foot facility while holding onto the same values we started with: honest advice, careful work, and standing up for our customers, even when that means going to bat with an insurance company on your behalf.

We generally order your vehicle's parts when we write the estimate, then schedule your drop-off a couple of days later. For more complex jobs, we order parts after fully disassembling the vehicle and completing a repair blueprint based on the manufacturer's (OEM) procedures.
Every repair is different. Once we disassemble your vehicle and assess the damage, we'll give you an estimated timeline based on parts availability, repair complexity, and insurance processing.
Yes. We keep our customers informed with regular updates by phone, text, or email, whichever you prefer.
If we find hidden damage during disassembly, we'll contact you and your insurance adjuster right away to explain the situation and get authorization before proceeding.
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary local shuttle, and if you need a rental car we can help you make the necessary arrangements.
No. A vehicle is a total loss only when the cost of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. Our Car-O-Liner frame bench lets us restore many frames to factory specs.
